Webinar: "Malign Foreign Talent Program" Exploitative Recruiting

A "malign foreign talent program" (MFTP) is a foreign government-sponsored initiative to recruit individuals in science and technology, particularly those in the U.S. receiving federal funding, that involves unethical or illegal activities such as intellectual property theft or conflicts of interest. These programs often offer compensation, which can be financial or in-kind (like research funding or honorary titles), in exchange for activities that violate the terms of federal awards or pose risks to national security.
