If you are interested in a teaching career or pursuing the nationally recognized CIRTL certification, please attend this event/discussion. SEA CIRTL Fellows must attend. 

How do we create an equitable environment for a room full of different personalities? Join us for an in-depth discussion on Classroom Management Strategies. This session is designed to help you prepare for the diverse learning styles and behaviors you’ll encounter, particularly when working with middle and high school students.

Whether you are preparing for your very first day or looking to sharpen your existing skills, this interactive discussion offers a space to share experiences and build proficiency. We will focus on practical ways to ensure every student has a fair opportunity to succeed.
