This semester, the Initiatives for Identity, Inclusion, and Belonging Department’s IDEAL Internship Program sought to engage the UMBC community with the compelling Mosaic Conversations series. What were some of your favorite memories from the IDEALists’ Mosaic Conversation Series? What insights did you gain from storytelling or the difficult dialogue?
In the series, students were challenged to engage in meaningful storytelling, learn more about their identities and those of others, and ultimately cultivate a community of inclusive excellence on campus. Join us in our encapsulating final facilitation of the series where we will tie themes of the previous sessions together and celebrate the end of the semester! May 6th, 6pm- 7pm in the Mosaic 2B23.
