Keeping Students on Track with the Retention Center

Blackboard's Retention Center offers instructors the opportunity to communicate with students regarding their performance in the course, and discover which students may be at risk.  This workshop will focus on how to access the Retention Center, customize course alerts, and send notifications.  Effective practices will also be discussed.
