Join the Baltimore County Public Library as we celebrate and introduce the library of the 21st century. Outdoor recess activities, live music, refreshments and rocking chairs are all part of the festivities to relax, rock, read and reimagine libraries of the 21st century. This celebration is part of the Outside the Lines campaign.
