Have questions about copyright? Learn all about copyright and how it relates to your teaching and research. This workshop will cover the basics of copyright law, the public domain, Creative Commons licenses, fair use, and seeking copyright permissions. Participants will work through examples to help them feel comfortable applying fair use when using copyrighted materials in their teaching and research.

The presenter at this event will be Danielle Whren Johnson, Copyright and Special Projects Librarian with the Copyright Information Center at the Loyola/Notre Dame Library

Only UMBC faculty and graduate students may attend this event.
