About the Graduate Student Success Committee (GSSC)

Mission Statement

The Graduate Student Success Committee (GSSC) aims to promote holistic well-being for graduate students. Specifically, our job is to act as resources and advocates for anything related to academics and mental and physical well-being.

This committee highlights the interconnectedness of these aspects, as they are necessary for graduate student success. GSSC facilitates events that are of use for graduate students’ well-being, as well as helps disseminate information about resources available on campus.

What we do:

    • Serve as liaisons to graduate student resources.
    • Graduate Student Fest (every Fall)
    • Headshot events for graduate students
    • Campus partnerships with AOK Library, PROMISE, etc.
    • …and so much more!

If you have an idea for an event? Let us know!
