Description

In continuation of the All of Us Data Training and Engagement for Academic Libraries Program presented by the National Library of Medicine (NLM), the AOK Library is happy to announce it will be hosting the All of Us Research Program Showcase on Thursday, April 18th, 2024, 10am-2pm.

This virtual symposium is in collaboration with the National Institutes of Health’s  All of Us Research Program, which is building one of the largest biomedical data resources of its kind.

The UMBC’s All of Us Research Program Showcase has invited researchers from various academic disciplines across Maryland to discuss the impact of this dataset on their research.

Unlike other research-based symposiums, UMBC’s All of Us Research Program Showcase is focused on how the work of researchers was supported because of their access to these datasets.

The Symposium will take place on Thursday, April 18th, 2024, virtually from 10am-2pm EST, with 30-minute timeslots for each speaker. The presentations will be open to the general public, as well as recorded and archived on our YouTube channel.
