Description

As a part of the UMBC "Get Your Sleep On"campaign, join us for a week full of events related to spreading awareness about the dangers of drowsy driving and how you can prevent putting yourself and others at risk.

Join us at the RAC for group fitness class to renew your energy and get your body moving! Exercising consistently each week during the day is a great way to help improve your sleep at night. Come wearing comfortable clothes you can move in and bring your red UMBC ID.
