Drowsy Driving Prevention Week: Nap Time!

As a part of the UMBC "Get Your Sleep On"campaign, join us for a week full of events related to spreading awareness about the dangers of drowsy driving and how you can prevent putting yourself and others at risk.

Need a nap while your out an about on campus but can't find a good nook to get cozy in? Come to our "Nap Time" event during Drowsy Driving Prevention Week and catch some zzz's.

The Nap Time event will have staff on hand to watch your items while you rest and you will be able to nap on a mattress (with fresh sheets for each new napper) for up to 20 minutes. Come by and sign-in to get a nap spot-- it's first come, first serve. Then let us know what you think about having a safe, quiet place to nap on campus and learn how a quick midday nap can be good for you.
